Two bad filters and a headache
I got a new system to replace my 10 year old one but it didn't work. Turns out the water doesn't flow through this filter so I bought another one thinking I had a bad filter. The flow was still very low (1/4 ounce in 4 minutes) so I looked for other reasons that could be the problem. After replacing a few other parts with no improvement, I returned to the same place, it was that filter again. I bought a filter from another company and immediately everything worked perfectly. These are two bad filters in a row from APEC and my last purchase from them.
