Very easy to setup / configure with all of our product lines (including laptops). The software looks very much like Microsoft PowerPoint but requires no pre-training for those who have never used it before - which makes sense considering how often you will use this tool over other point solutions out there! You get what yo pay fo -- if they are cheap or free then yes I think so too many features as well. Nothing really comes close at such great price points without having way more bells/whistles than we need right now anyway.. Just make sure their customer service has experience helping solve problems similar yours because support time may be long sometimes even when something should not require tech help :) Make changes quickly; set up quick tests first just by doing simple things like printing labels etc., etc.,etc... If everything works fine don't push back until after final testing though since any issues could cause production delays & ThinkTouch is easy to use and setup. The customer service is great. I have used many other kiosks over the years and ThinkTouch is by far the best. The touch screen is easy to use and the software is easy to use. I have not had any issues with ThinkTouch. I would highly recommend this product. I use ThinkTouch in my office to help my customers with their questions. It is a great way to help them and I love that I can use the touch screen to help them.
