I had the same handbag but a different style that I bought from the store last fall. I absolutely loved it and wore the straps to the point where they ripped the stuff on the bag. I chose Revain as I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. The first wallet I received had the strap fall off in less than 10 minutes after I put it on. I replaced it with another one and the opposite bracelet broke 4 hours after receiving it even though I only wore it for about 20 minutes. I am very disappointed in the quality of their workmanship. Finding a shoulder bag with a built-in purse pocket that was big enough to hold my belongings was difficult at best. I think I'll start hunting again.
