Bought two for our special needs kids. Although the battery doesn't indicate how charged the item is, they hold a charge for a surprisingly long time. We use them with decibel limited headphones and they work great. Children can play their songs, adjust the volume and I'm happy. It's worth the cheap price and they don't look cheap. There were many more options than I needed but the reviews were good, the blue ones were on sale and it was an asset to our school days and trips.
