The ice cube trays work great and do their job👍. Ice pops out easily, just insert a tray; As with any other ice tray, twist a little and the ice will be released. You can then nudge the silicone base to pull it out. So yes, the products work as intended, the seal is great, but that's the only small thing. The ice trays are very difficult to close and snap into place, I have to hold my hand on them to close them. Then I lean on it with all my weight and use my other hands to try to snap it into place. I think after a bit of wearing it will get easier but right now it's quite difficult so hopefully you have someone to help you close them like I sometimes ask my friend to do.
