Our living room doesn't have much room for extra furniture and my wife likes to put her feet up when sitting on the couch so we have two of these (tend to buy things in pairs ). We store blankets and other items and when we have extra guests they are sturdy enough to serve as seating and quite comfortable! Not sure why we'll ever need to store them, but it's nice to know they can be folded.
