No instructions and no support

Worked fine for 3 days. My only complaint was that it took so much effort to detach the iPad to fold the case that it was seriously intimidating if it was ever put away. On the 4th day I opened it and no text came out. No help from Apple or the community. No help from Logitech. And I've spent hours (on my desktop iMac) trying. No manual except for a tiny folder of gnomish illustrations. Maybe there is a simple solution, but no one says. I returned it mainly due to the lack of easy access to manual or online support.
