I didn’t pour the first one and sometimes I fried it like on a fire, the fat flowing into the pan burned!) There is no such thing with water. Has pros: Compact, collapsible (it is easy to clean any part of it), can be used as a tile if the grate is removed. Cons: The burner does not burn from the very beginning of the grate and not to the end, this is not very scary, but the sediment remains)
