It was very easy to get started, it's super user friendly! The support team has been amazing so far - fast responses with great advice when I run into issues (and there have only be two or three). There are no other similar tools out that do this specific task well enough for our needs at least not yet in my research. Make sure you look closely through all of their offerings because they provide many different services including food safety management system as mentioned above but also accounting software which we use heavily too. We were able to implement an inventory tracking tool right away without any custom development work needed from us since most everything can just plug-in straight into your account via Zapier integration.
