Bad design Chromebook

I have many problems with this product. As someone who is very IT savvy and has already built their own PC, the overall feel of this Chromebook is odd. First, the keyboard is moved. It's awkward to use and takes a long time to get used to. The keyboard also lacks the Caps Lock key and F1-F12 keys. I know this is more common on Chromebooks, but for those unfamiliar with Chromebooks, this is annoying. The biggest problem, however, is how the internals of this Chromebook were designed and installed. The battery situation is a recurring nightmare on the internet. There are thousands of cases where a battery has been 100% fine but has never been held or charged, whether you erase and restore it or turn it back on. It is powered by the AC adapter but never charges the battery. I even bought a new battery and ran the battery test command through Crosh to confirm I had a real battery in pristine condition. Unfortunately I had no luck getting a lemon. However, instead of working with a reputable seller, I am also stuck with a belligerent and questionable seller who refuses to vouch for what he is selling. I will never buy an Acer product again and will NEVER recommend them or any Revain seller that lists this product. I've found that with my other old computer, an HP Beats laptop, over time with updates the computer no longer recognizes the 45w PSU. enough to charge a laptop. In this case I bought a new battery, assuming my 5 year old battery was dead. Swapped it and got the same problem. As a result, I bought a 65W AC adapter and this solved the charging issue. I hope it's the same here, otherwise I'll contact Revain directly.
