05/21/2020 My replacement and warranty expired in the spring but Mokins was amazing with the replacement part. I sent an inquiry through Revain and quickly got a message back asking them to give them a call and they will definitely support a replacement part - this is AMAZING customer service and I am grateful for a company that comes with the, what it sells honestly to get more customers COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I know they didn't have to do it, but they made it very nice and customer friendly. Thank you Mockins for making your products a top 5. I don't have to use a coffee grinder on everything I buy, whether it's $60 or $6. With the corner fit, the coating stuck and would not insert into a long pipe (see image). I had to. Take the grinder and grind the coating onto the steel several times. I cut just enough using a rubber mallet to fit two sections. Although it will be a great connection that doesn't rattle if I didn't have a grinder it would be taken to UPS and shipped back. Aside from the fit mentioned above, everything else was fine. Holding a 12.5 inch kayak on the back of a Tacoma short bed is duty and dependability.
