Better than my Bose headphones

Great first impression! I'm comparing to my current Bose Soundsport wireless headphones and will be selling them on the FB marketplace once I'm done writing. The medium-sized headphones they came with just aren't comfortable on the hair, so I switched to the suggested Medium+ size. in the box and a much better fit for me. I tried all the other sizes just to see and that worked. I downloaded the app and immediately updated the firmware. When I was done I started playing around with all the ACN settings. I was parked in my car in neutral and could barely hear the engine in "transport" mode, when I got home I could hardly hear the baby crying in "inside" mode, so that's a big win. Reviewers hear crackling in ACN, have you updated the firmware? If so, and if that doesn't work, is your cheek touching the tip of the earpiece? I haven't had any problems so far, switched all settings to ACN and am very happy with it. The only crackle I heard was my cheek rubbing the tip of the headphone mic, and a quick adjustment in my ear fixed that. I haven't worked with it yet, but I've been shaking my head aggressively, and that's with headphones in right size. I haven't lost my headphones. The grueling HIIT workout becomes a real challenge later on, but for now it doesn't bother me. Finally, the equalizer settings are great once you've found one that suits you. I personally liked the default classic or R&B EQ, but ended up just customizing my own. Make sure you try different EQ settings with ACN on and off, they sound different so adjust accordingly. My only complaint is the touch settings, they can be a bit more sensitive but it could just be that I'm not clicking in the perfect spot. I love that you can adjust the faucet settings to suit your needs.
