So I bought these shoes direct from the company as a Christmas present for my son. They didn't fit and I had to exchange them. To say their customer service was poor would be an understatement. After trying to exchange them for over a month and hearing virtually nothing from them, I was finally able to get a refund. I will never order from this company again but my son really wanted these shoes. Decided to order through Revain. That way I knew if I had to go back the customer service would be excellent. My son loves the shoes and I love the Revain so everyone was happy. My advice: don't buy Hey Dude Shoes products through them, go for good customer service.
