Great product, battery life and customer service
I am incredibly happy with this product. Solid construction, simplified activation, and impressively fast email response times. They were very flexible about my specific situation and helped in many ways. Reasonable pricing for product and plan. The magnet is very strong and makes it easy to place the product. I use it in very rural areas and it still works very well. I highly recommend this product and it's not people.
