I like that we can target our customers with ease, as well as track all of their interactions through easy to use dashboards! There are times when it is difficult navigating between different platforms/tools in order to keep up with everything needed; however this could be improved upon by adding more features or integrating into an existing platform (such as Salesforce).
We have been able to see what works best within each customer segment and adjust accordingly which has helped us maximize ROI while also keeping costs low at same time.
