Doesn't lift a table with a person on it

I am very disappointed. While the actuator was easy to install and simple to use. I was excited watching my table going up and down as I wanted. But then when I got a patient on the table it was not strong enough to lift the table and the client. I feel that it is poorly advertised as suitable for massage tables. This would need a very light table set up and a very light person to work. Overall very dissapointed.
