Great seller help with parts and accessories

I bought and installed this product. The element burned out immediately, but that was partly due to an installation problem and a large wash load. The seller immediately sent me a new product and after installing it has been working fine for more than a week. The photos the seller sent to verify the installation were easy and informative. I posted them here. I had the item installed as it came. However, bending the element upwards prevents short circuits at high loads. Many thanks to the seller for solving the problem quickly.
