I purchased the monitor mount for my computer which has the VESA mount on the back and it fits perfectly. Premium material and heavy duty.I was able to set it up by myself according to the manual. I was not familiar with it at first, but it is still very simple to operate, and it supports clamp & grommet hole installation.Remember to read the description carefully. The side to side and up down movements are very smooth. There is a screw you can turn to change the strength of the gas spring. It does work great to move this heavy monitor with one hand and it will stay in place perfectly.I'm happy with this product so far, works as expected.
