Love everything from what's included in your package, ease-of -use & great support

I love that we are able to use templates for most things and then customize them as needed.
We have been using this software since 2013 so there is not much new to say about it other than how easy it has become with updates over time.
The customer service is very good! They will walk you through anything you need help with. Our biggest issue was keeping track of our emails but now they make it super simple by creating an email list within their system which makes life easier when sending out newsletters or announcements.

Pros

It’s great because no matter what type of marketing, whether its newsletter campaigns (which can be really fun), social media promotions etc., everything looks professional looking while maintaining your brand identity across all platforms including websites & mobile devices without having any issues from spam complaints / bounce rates/ unsubscribes due too low engagement rate per campaign run in terms of
