I don't know what's up with the reviewers who say you have to hold the "cork" when pouring - that's not true. It's hard to tell from the photo, but inside the neck of all these products, the bottom of the cork and the surface of the neck are made of rough glass, which provides the friction needed to hold the "cork" in place and to hold position. When inserting the cork after filling, you will need to apply slight pressure to create an air seal. I water all four with one hand (I have all sizes) and have used them all extensively. With the exception of the 32 ounce version, all other sizes fit through the cork alone and the cork will not fall out when FULL of liquid. The 32 oz version can only be lifted with the cork when empty. For those of you worried about the cork popping out I can assure you it is not and I have used all four sizes extensively. If so, I'm not buying them because you're missing out on these reviews. FWIW, I keep olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar in my four bowls.
