sound quality is average compared to others we tried. This is a really tough review just because it's been 3 days and only the right earbud works due to the dome. Between me and my husband, neither of us could get the left handset to work. It's not our first rodeo with headphones on, so if we had to do a magical tap dance to get them both going...well...that would be worse than the competition. As for the working kidney on the right, it works like a champ, it just doesn't sell itself.
