Not for MKZ 2010: Replacement parts

This part says it fits 3.5L on 2010 and Casey exactly, that's right no, the measurements between the bolt holes are 3/4 inch longer to allow you to mount the part, but you get significant formwork as the engine rotates far enough to tie down the flex exhaust pipe.
