Only works under the right conditions

I use this bracket with an exercise bike and every ride I have to tighten everything up. For my purposes this mount works since the bike is stationary. I can't imagine using this on a moving bike though, it will come loose within minutes. So for stationary purposes = good. When mounted on moving objects = bad
