Broke 1 month after purchase.

I've always loved Keurig and was glad to see this new version. However, it failed after a few weeks because the coffee was lukewarm. The machine then goes through the suction of water and then stops. After disconnecting and trying again same problem. Of course, that's a little more than a 30-day return, which is why I lost over $100. Very disappointing. I will not buy Kerig again. It's comfortable but NOT high quality!
