So, I'm 5ft 7in, about 157lbs, and when I got this shirt, the medium size was too big (it's my normal size) and the small fit me really well, so I was afraid to wash it . The sleeves covered 3/4 of my shoulder and the armpits were a bit lower, the length was perfect and didn't cover my stuff. However, after washing, the sleeves went to mid-shoulder, armpits were nice and high, but the length was a bit higher than I usually like, but a little stretching can't fix this bad boy. I was also concerned that the collar would wrinkle after drying like many polo shirts, but this stayed nice and flat. If, like me, you're into physical fitness and want your shirts to fit snugly, go down a size. If not, or if you want your shirts to be breathable and stain free, go for your normal size. Actually consider getting more of these.
