I purchased this part to replace an OEM tire lever on a 2012 Chevy Colorado. The first one I bought broke immediately when I started lifting the spare. The bolt in the winding sleeve has sheared off under the weight of the tire. So I took it back. The second didn't fit the jack handle, so there was no way to start it. After sanding the jack handle to match the hitch, I found that the problem I had with the first part was pretty standard for this part. Where this part is produced, there is no quality control! A hole for the pin is drilled in the coupling where the jack is inserted to raise the elevator. The hole in the shaft is drilled off center and can only align with one of the holes in the coupling due to the off center hole in the shaft. You then use a mild steel pin that doesn't engage the shaft much. As soon as it is loaded with the weight of the tire, it breaks. If I could give this part minus 5 stars I would, it's such a bad part. If I designed something that bad as an engineer, I wouldn't have a job. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PART!
