Review on Sennheiser HD280PRO: 🎧 Next-Generation Pro Audio Headphones by Gabriela Chodun (Gab ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.

I am overjoyed that my extensive search for high-quality headphones with closed backs for use in the home did not prove fruitless. Both while playing music (hard rock, thrash, or classic rock), as well as when viewing movies, the model delivers a satisfyingly high-quality audio experience. When listening to musical works, the role played by each particular instrument and its positioning in space can be easily deduced from what is being heard. If you just put on the headphones without turning on the music or video, sounds from the outside can "break through" to your ears. However, as soon as you turn on playback, even at the lowest volume, external sounds become inaudible. This is true even if you have the volume set to the lowest possible setting. This type has one and only one drawback, and that is a relatively heavy weight. When used for an extended period of time, headphones might cause numbness in the neck after around thirty minutes. In summary, a great option for consumers who are looking for high-quality sound at a price that is not prohibitively expensive.

Pros
  • + sound quality, with excellent reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum + sound insulation + exquisite build quality + a comfortable stretch cord + competitive pricing
Cons
  • - the magnitude of it
