I really like the fact that we can access all our issues remotely via cloud. This helps us to see any problems or issues which would otherwise have been overlooked. Sometimes the interface does not load properly so it could be improved upon. We also need to do a lot more training for our staff. They are used to just using a mouse and keyboard as their main means of input. It takes some time to get them up to speed with the software. Accessibility is important to us and this software allows us to identify any potential issues easily and quickly.
