I can't express how much I like it. I've been running for about six years, running for fitness and friendship. I've had three or four different types of hydration during my long runs (6-13 miles, mostly half-distance training). It's light years better than the others. It's like wearing nothing. It doesn't itch at all, doesn't rub or rub. Soft bottled water feels lighter than hard bottled water. I donate all my other hydro vests and never look back. I'm 5ft 4in about 155, I have the large size and it fits perfectly.
