Review on 🐾 Dyson Ball Animal Upright Vacuum - Corded: Advanced Cleaning Power for Pet Owners by Amrozi Goodall

We have a new plush rug in our living room. This vacuum couldn't handle it. The fork (brushes, roller arrangement, whatever you call it) dug into the stack and squeezed it. He moved neither forward nor backward. I called Dyson support and they told me the vacuum isn't working on the new plush rug and I need to return it. So I did. For a company that values its reputation, Dyson seems to have found a way to solve this problem. The vacuum cleaner that we received has both height adjustment and suction power adjustment. I gave the machine 2 stars because out of curiosity I tried it in a room with old carpet and it worked well. I don't want to have different vacuum cleaners for different rooms, so keeping it wasn't enough. Another note on this seller: I'm not sure if the car was new. The packaging was a bit strange and one of the small plastic parts was broken. Just a guess, I can't say for sure.
