This shirt is truly one of the most comfortable and softest shirts I have ever seen. If you have more confidence, it won't work for most workouts. I am 34DDD and the shirt is not suitable for intensive training as you are wearing a second bra. It wasn't as much coverage as I would have been comfortable doing yoga on my own. I love this shirt even though I wear it when I sleep. For me it's more of a long bra simply because I'm very comfortable in my chest. If it was an inch or two longer I'd probably wear it out, but it's still good for days!
