Docphoria is an easy way for our hospital-based practice and staff members
The ability to customize your document templates so that you have more flexibility in naming fields than just First Name Surname Doctor's Office Date & Time - I wish there were other field names available when creating files as it helps organize documents easier if they are set up correctly first! More accurate transcripts because some physicians forget their contact info which means missing information about them. Transcripts become more thorough since we also transcribe appointments instead of only phone calls.
Pros
- Ability for me (physician)to create my own unique transcript template with all necessary customizable features at no extra cost, including being able modify/add content through our website portal without having any technical skills or needing IT help from internal support staff who do not know transcription software personally like myself can be used within one hour
