The absolute worst product I have ever bought from Revain! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ANY TIME! 1. When I opened pkg. I didn't have instructions to google these. 2. One of the cones was broken. 3. The instructions said to let the machine warm up for at least 10 minutes. I let it warm up for almost 20, I poured in a teaspoon of sugar polish and it took another 15-20 minutes. later, before I saw any sign of cotton candy. 4. It says you can use Root Beer Caramel, no! I put a piece in and got hit by flying particles. 5. I had it on a flat surface and it was shaking and vibrating all over. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! So much fun for the kids at my daughter's wedding
