I like that we can keep all our reports together under one place so there's no need for us as employees or students to carry different folders with them if they're working at several places/schools (I work part time). We also have access to any report from anywhere which makes things easier for both myself and my colleagues when needed! Sometimes you may want just simple updates but will be charged extra fees depending on how much data are processed within each hour. If someone wants only basic update then their charge might not fit into your budget since this service has really expensive price compared to other services out there. This helps me organize everything about security alerts such as emergency situations around campuses, weather etc.
