Review on Walnut Burl Wood Picture Frame with Black Border, 5x7, by Malden International Designs by Michael Syph

This teardrop wood frame is EXACTLY what I was looking for for my MS. I was excited to see his presence at Revain. It's glossy, stylish and comes with its own matte finish to add your own certificate/degree/award. The only thing I didn't like was the way it was packaged; It was well protected and in a large container, but the bubble wrap was taped directly to the frame itself and it took me a hell of a long time to get it off. In addition, the tape left horrible marks and spoiled the beauty of the frame. I have developed a special chemical to remove this slime and I have tried using it in very small amounts to remove tape and residue that cannot be removed by other means. It's been removed a bit for now and the frame looks ok, but it takes a lot of "elbow grease" to get that residue and tape off. Tape residue should never have been on the product in the first place and would not have been if the bubble wrap had been taped to itself. This is a really nice frame and I won't let my experience with tape put me off buying one. I reported this to Revain and I bet they will package it differently now because they are so responsive.
