Review on 🗄️ Efficient Powder-Coated Bottom Mount Drawer Slides for Easy Organizing by Bim Cook

I ordered a set of 10 16" rails and received 20" rails instead. Twice! There are two labels on the packaging. The large original is clearly printed with the correct size and part number for 20" slides. A new smaller label above the old label incorrectly identifies them as 16 inches. I called Revain support directly on the phone and all they could do was offer a refund and start an "investigation" even though I told them about the mislabeling. After reading these reviews I found many reports of similar complaints from about a year ago. They know the problem and just don't solve it.
