I have purchased many waste trainers in the past for $60 or more. This by far is a good deal for the price. I’m a 29 inch waist size 9 jean 160 pounds. And a size small is already three rows in for me so it does run large. It’s well-made comfortable , There’s no big fish bones so you can wear all day and sleep in it.
