Great workout at home
My son plays for one of the best soccer teams in our state. They play for a year to compete. His only weakness is kicking hard with his left foot. He uses this so he doesn't have to chase the ball every time he kicks it. There's a big difference in a month. He also uses it for all other suggested workouts in the item description. He loves to practice and this allows him to do it on his own. 5 Stars.
