Great Software For Remote Management Of Your Phone System

The best part about this system for me was that it's easy enough anyone can use in under an hour or so! It took some time getting used to but when you do your job will be much easier than what I had been doing before using martellovsationer software! If i have something else going wrong with my phone lines then I get called away from work (which happens every now & again) sometimes they call out other staff because nobody knows how to fix our phones!! And we're not allowed access at all times either which makes everything worse - especially if there are customers calling us back asking questions etc. Sometimes people don't know their way around computers well yet therefore the training sessions aren't really useful unless someone has already got experience working within office systems such as outlook desktop applications/email programs ect.. Martello Vantage is easy to use and setup. The software is well thought out and the customer support is excellent. I would like to see more advanced features such as a better phone dialer to help with high call volumes and more advanced call recording and analytics. Martello Vantage is a great product. It is easy to setup and easy to use. Martello Vantage is the only tool I use for managing my UC environment and it is very easy to use and setup.
