Update: Seller sent me a replacement and it works great

First of all probably good advice on any electronics supplied, try yours once it arrives. I've waited too long I got this as a present for my mother. Bought too soon. When I finally got it set up for her, the return date had already passed. The device doesn't even turn on. Cooperation with Revain support. They had no solution. They connected me to the seller. After several days of email correspondence, they discovered that the device was indeed defective and not user error. The seller told me they would send me a replacement or I could ask Amazon for a refund. I decided on a replacement because I really wanted my mom to have something to play her old records on. Well it arrived today and it works great! I have to say that the customer service was good in the end and the stereo arrived very quickly! If you are a true music lover, buy something more expensive. If you want a good subwoofer, buy something more expensive. If you just need something to play good music in general, you'll be happy with this one. This block is plastic, feels a bit flimsy, but honestly it does a lot for the price. At this price I didn't expect super quality, just functionality. Sounds better than I expected. For most people, this stereo is just perfect. The radio works well, there is a digital tuner. CD player. When I first pressed the button to open the disc tray, it got stuck. I had to use a letter opener to squeeze the tray a bit. He's just in there. Once I've done that, the tray opens and closes with no difficulty. I warn you to be careful. The tray is fairly flimsy plastic and feels a bit fragile. I was playing a CD and the sound quality was very acceptable. The speakers have decent range, better than I expected. There is no subwoofer included so I wasn't expecting deep bass and it lacks a bit but then again I expected that. If you like deep, punchy bass, this isn't the stereo for you. If you just want a good machine for listening to music from a variety of sources, then this thing is great. It even plays all three recording speeds on the album, which was a big plus for us. My mom has a large record collection that includes 33, 45 and even older 78rpm albums. This stereo plays them all. I haven't tried other functions yet. I just installed it. Although so far so good. If I remember, I'll update the overview of other features. I've tried connecting Bluetooth but it hasn't worked so far. Maybe my phone is too old. I need to dig out some tapes to keep trying. It also supports USB sticks, SD cards and has an AUX input. This is a good all inclusive unit.
