I bought this kit during the pandemic to fix 2 sets of spare glasses that lost screws. I usually just go to the optician and have the screws changed, but given the circumstances, I thought it best to do it myself. This kit did it. I was able to fix one pair of glasses but not the other (the hinge on the others was too far removed to be fixed, which I was told on a previous visit to the optometrist. It took a long time to fix these glasses). I particularly appreciated the included tweezers and had access to many screw/nut options. I can imagine using tools from this set for other purposes.
