fan works great. Unfortunately, setting it up wasn't easy. There was a diagram in the instructions but as a person who has assembled many fans over the years this was not necessary for me. I knew which part went with which part. And that's a good thing, because if you didn't already know that a part rotates counterclockwise instead of clockwise, you will be very disappointed. I needed information on how to get a cheap base for a motorized section. I tried it on the right side - no, it won't snap. I tried head first. nope Eventually I tried every possible angle and with the motorized section at an odd angle, maybe 120 degrees, I pushed the base and it slipped off and locked into place. Who could get it out of the chart? In any case, the fan worked great after surviving this hassle. Low noise level. Gets the air moving. I highly recommend it - just get ready for the journey to get this base :)
