Fitz Honda XR 100 1970's Quality is questionable

I bought an older 1970's Honda X100 that I bought at a flea market, waited a few years for it to work because my old faucet leaking fuel One works but if you turn it off it starts leaking. It was installed last year so I didn't ask for a refund. The one just bought in Jan 2022 is the same time to see if it leaks too but it fits and it makes the bike work so for $10 how much can one complain
