SOFT CLAY? in my review

I like that the hooks have the size etched that will not wear off but was disappointed in the handle. Several times "soft clay" is mentioned and I thought these would feel more spongy. However, the only advantage I see is that the handle is thicker and easier to grip than metal hooks. I still prefer the rubbery handles even though the size wears off after a short time.

Pros

The extra-long crochet hooks with ergonomic grips make crocheting easier and more comfortable, especially for those with arthritic hands, allowing for extended crafting sessions without discomfort

Cons

Not suitable for beginners - The set is marketed towards crocheters with arthritic hands, but beginners may find the range of sizes and ergonomic grips overwhelming and difficult to work with

My set was missing the 4.5 mm hook. Instead I had two 5.0 mm hooks. Considering I''m using a 4.5 hook for my current project the poor quality control was upsetting.
