Excellent. Dudley loves it. We adopted an overweight guinea pig. It's almost a foot long and quite wide, but it's very playful. I would recommend buying two of these playpens if you have a large guinea pig. I bought two as his living space is 8 square feet and his play area needs to be bigger. Especially since we want to make him a friend. Connected they give him a 4.5 x 4.5 foot playroom. So I don't have to let him roam free to get enough exercise. He pushes him, likes to push things aside and rearrange his arena and habitat, but as long as he's pushing him and not picking him up I have no complaints. I also love that everything is connected so I didn't have to do anything other than connect the ends. Very easy to set up, use and quite powerful. (Note for people wondering why we have a pig: he really doesn't need the company of pigs. a lonely cage when others have had two or three in a cage. He is bossy and likes to crush other pigs (not sure if he has experienced it.) with previous owners.) On the plus side he loves human interaction and gets a lot of attention as he is with me in the home office all day and when they are home he plays with my kids).
