I've had a couple of trays that have served me well but have become my seedling holders this year. They were scratched, a few spots of rust were visible on the sides, generally they lived the good life as cookie cutters and now they had to leave for their next chapter in my garden. Which led me to Revane, pretty much the only option when it comes to quarantine. It got me down a whole rabbit trail of opinions. Just when I thought I'd found it, I read another review that said it sucks. And it took me pretty much exactly 2 hours to read reviews and make a decision only to change it before hitting BUY. So I ended up getting annoyed with the time it took me to make a purchase for 29.00. But I clearly wasn't ready until I was ready. With all this "research" the good thing was that I found these baking sheets. You ticked all the boxes I found that I wanted. I knew I wanted checkered baking sheets and not wire racks because I really wanted them for BACON! After a few hours of research, I also found out that I needed silicone baking mats. This set had it all. I pushed the button and before I knew it, they were on their way to my front door. I love her! I've had them for about a month now. We use them for bacon every Sunday. They are very easy to clean. I had no problems with warping. I dry them so they don't rust. It's also the easiest and least messy way to make bacon, and it turns out perfect at the same time, and I don't have to keep track of it. I just lay my strips on racks, over rugs, preheat to 350. I pop the bacon in the oven and in 20 minutes the bacon is ready. super easy. And yes, I would buy them again.
