I make tamales a few times a year with family and friends, they want to help out hoping to reap the rewards lol. We usually have a big tamale dinner and everyone goes home with a few dozen tamales. Last week I was planning to cook tamales with my family but due to living conditions I had to do it all; this will be my first test with this new tool. it was wonderful! I laid out 6 dozen tamales in just a few hours myself, not in a few hours with help! I plan to make tamales more often :-) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOOL!
