Obviously, rubber performs best on a dry surface; this is true for all wheels. But it also doesn't function well when it rains. Although you must be cautious when turning, it feels as though you are walking on dry land. This is the ideal option for my car: I frequently drive around the city, and when I do travel to the highway, I do so at a speed of 120 km/h. Throughout the entire trip, the car has good traction. I won't say that the rubber is completely silent; there are some problems for a particular individual, but I like it.
