REVISED AFTER USE FOR FROZEN MEAT STORAGE: After ground beef has been in the freezer for about 2 weeks, here are my takeaways: - The meat needs to be double bagged as it is in a Packaging will bleed, and due to the moisture of the meat, the packaging can soak through easily if not placed in the freezer immediately - When the wrapped meat thaws, it will stick to the edges of the paper. - I would recommend this paper for crafts, tablecloths, etc --- but there is better and more suitable "butcher paper" on the market that is designed for wrapping meat. Now all that remains is to find it :-) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Purchased to store meat in the freezer. It's not as "waxy" as the original paper used in the meat cabinet, but should do the job. I've just started using it - so in 12 weeks when I start pulling the meat out of the freezer I'll be able to tell if it's prevented freezer burn.
