Review on Lenovo Thinkpad Docking Station 40AH0135US by Tim Kallimanis

My first one was covered in some kind of sticky adhesive. The seller quickly exchanged it and said they have issues with the entire print run. Unfortunately, the replacement had problems from day one. Although firmly seated and aligned with the pins, the lock often fails to engage. I have found that the lock engages fully when I rotate it on the pins after installation. That doesn't mean it works. Both of my monitors have constant problems. They flicker and go out, have distortion and noise when plugged in and turned on. I often have to unlock and reinstall my laptop. This, of course, unmounts all my drives, remote desktops, open documents, etc. and creates chaos. If you like to spend your day doing some closing and opening work to reorganize your laptop, this docking station is for you.
